Policy

During the appointment:

• Brides may bring a maximum of 3 guests because of space constraints.
• No food or beverages.
• No makeup on the bride. Please also refrain from wearing bronzer or self-tanner, as these can rub off on the dresses as well.
• Bring your credit card. The Brides Project only accepts credit card. Cash and checks cannot be accepted.

Bridal Appointment & Walk-in Appointment Guest Policy

At The Brides Project, we are honored to be a part of your wedding dress journey and strive to create a focused and enjoyable shopping experience for all our brides.

To ensure a relaxed and distraction-free environment, we recommend that children under the age of 10 do not attend bridal appointments. Our boutique is filled with delicate gowns and accessories, and while we love little ones, our space is not childproof; there may be pins/buttons, etc that are unsafe for young children. Additionally, appointments typically last up to 90 minutes, which can be a long time for young children to stay engaged.

Each bride may bring up to three guests, and this limit includes any children (babies included) in attendance. If childcare is unavailable, or it is important to you that a child accompany your appointment, we kindly ask that they remain supervised by an adult at all times for their safety and out of respect for other brides’ experiences. Although we sincerely hope this does not occur, if a child becomes disruptive during an appointment, we reserve the right to end the appointment early and ask you to reschedule for a later time.

No Holds, All Sales Final.
Our dresses are the ACTUAL gowns that brides take home. There is no pressure to buy, but please visit The Brides Project when you are ready to commit to a dress since we cannot hold gowns. The Brides Project has a no returns and no exchanges policy. All sales are final.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
The Brides Project is run by volunteers who donate their time, so please be considerate and cancel as soon as you know you won’t be coming to your appointment.
