APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE: 
Sundays 12 pm – 4 pm
Mondays 12 pm –7:30 pm
Tuesdays 2 pm – 7:30 pm
Wednesdays 12 pm – 7:30 pm
Thursdays 10 am – 7:30 pm
Fridays 10 am – 2 pm
Saturdays 10 am – 4 pm

Bridal appointments are 90 minutes.

Appointments are permitted one (1) bride and a maximum of three (3) additional guests. Please, no children under the age of 12. 

WALK-IN APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE

Shop for a gown as well as bridal accessories like veils, jewelry, belts, and shoes during our walk-in hours! Due to our limited occupant capacity, walk-in hours are on a first-come, first-served basis.  If you would like to schedule a consultation to purchase veils or accessories, please email appointments@thebridesproject.org

Please note, as we are volunteer-run, we can only schedule our appointments one month in advance. Appointments open the first week of every month for the following month.

Shop Policies for Bridal Appointments

During the appointment:

  • Brides may bring a maximum of 3 guests because of space constraints. No children under the age of 12.
  • No food or beverages.
  • No makeup on the bride. Please also refrain from wearing bronzer or self-tanner, as these can rub off on the dresses as well.
  • Bring your credit card. The Brides Project only accepts credit card. Cash and checks cannot be accepted.

No Holds, All Sales Final.
Our dresses are the ACTUAL gowns that brides take home. There is no pressure to buy, but please visit The Brides Project when you are ready to commit to a dress since we cannot hold gowns. The Brides Project has a no returns and no exchanges policy. All sales are final.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
The Brides Project is run by volunteers who donate their time, so please be considerate and cancel as soon as you know you won’t be coming to your appointment.
